A bioactive glass 46S6 with composition 46% SiO2 - 24% CaO - 24% Na2O - 6% P2O5 (wt%) was elaborated by melting method. ‘‘In vitro’’ bioactivity of bio-glass was evaluated by soaking of glass-powders in a simulated body fluid (SBF) at different times. The obtained results highlighted the bioactivity of the bio-glass by the formation of a bioactive hydroxyapatite (HA) layer on its surface. Experiments ''in vitro'' in the presence of cells confirmed the non-toxicity and the good cell viability on this bio-glass.

Kết quả nghiên cứu chế tạo thang alen chỉ thị các locus đa hình F13A01, D8S1179 và HPRTB ở người Việt Authors:  Lê, Thị Bích Trâm Trần, Trọng Hội Bùi, Nguyên Hải Nguyễn, Văn Hà Đinh, Đoàn Long Trịnh, Đình Đạt F13A01, D8S1179 and HPRTB are STR loci which are widely used in human identification and paternity testing in the world. These loci have alleles which contains repeated units of 4pb in length. To determine exactly the genotype of the loci, it is necessary to construct a standard allelic ladder. An allelic ladder is created by combination of many different alleles based on which we can determine exactly genotype of each individual for a locus. In this communication, we describe a technique to construct allelic ladders for 3 STR loci: F13A01, D8S1179 and HPRTB using multigeneration amplification method.
